Where do I pick up will call tickets?
Each venue will have a will call line the day of the event at the front gate.
Will call will open when the ticketing gates open. For specific venue
information and locations, please refer to the events pages at
www.spritestepoff.com.
My card is declined, but I know it should work, what's up?
Most declines are related to the billing address not matching the billing address
on the card. Even if you get a statement delivered to your dorm, it may
not be the registered billing address on the card. So, check the billing
address with your credit card company to make sure you are entering the right
address, exactly as they have it listed.
If you still have problems, sometimes a credit card processor (your card company) will decline an internet
charge regardless of how much credit is available. This often happens
after several attempted charges with incorrect information, or when you buy a
couple tickets in a row as separate transactions. So, if you think your
card should be working and it's not, call the number on your card and ask them
to pre-authorize the transaction. They should be able to see an attempt by
CADENCE or SPRITE STEP OFF which was declined and they can help you from there.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept debit cards if they require
a pin number, but most debit cards can be used as a credit card. If you
have questions, please contact the number on your card.
Will there be tickets for sale the day of the event?
As long as tickets are not sold out, tickets will be available the day of the
event.
How do I get a promotional code?
Promotional codes are available at select Mc Donald’s locations and through
Coca-Cola retail promotion.
Is there any reserved seating?
No, all seating is general admission
What do I do if I printed my tickets and lost or damaged them?
Come to the willcall counter at the venue on the day of the show. If you
have your photo ID, we can re-issue a ticket and invalidate the lost one.
However, if the ticket has been scanned already, we cannot re-issue the ticket.
If I have a ticket am I guaranteed entrance into the event?
Yes, if you have a ticket, you are guaranteed entrance to the event.
